Important: For most items, delivery time for Ontario and Québec is 3-5 Business Days (business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays); For elsewhere in Canada it is 5-7 Business Days (business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays). Orders received on a given business day will be transmitted to the warehouse the next business day for processing, subject to payment approval. Tracking number will become available within 2-3 business days in most cases. The processing of orders may be delayed if the name or address on the order is incorrect or incomplete. We do not ship to addresses containing PO Boxes. A physical address without a PO Box or Mail-Box number must be entered.
The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, provincial, and national governments around Canada to issue warnings pertaining to travel and transportation and that has impacted our ability to meet our published delivery time (Ontario and Quebec: 3-5 business days, Elsewhere in Canada: 5-7 business days) for some areas. As a result, we have suspended our time-guarantee for all shipments for all regions effective immediately, until further notice. While most shipments will reach the intended destination within the published delivery time, it is likely that some shipments may get delayed by up to 5 business days due to extraordinary circumstances.
Initial Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that all products we sell are brand new and they are delivered defect and damage free. Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours in the unlikely event that you receive an item damaged in transit or is defective. Please respond to your original order confirmation email for instructions on how to submit a claim.

Best Price Guarantee is your assurance that you’ll get the best price on a product you purchase on our website. Order Cancellation Policy
We transmit all orders to the warehouse on the same day whenever possible (excluding Easter Monday, New Year's Eve and statutory holidays) subject to payment approval, so if you request to cancel your order within the same day before to the order status begin to show "confirmed", in most cases, we should be able to keep the order from shipping and have your payment refunded within 5-7 business days.
However, if you request to cancel after the order has been assigned to the warehouse for processing, we will be unable to recall the order.
Payment & Delivery
We accept most credit cards via (Shopify® payments) and (PayPal®) as payment for purchases made at this online store. The approximate delivery time is noted at the bottom of each listing. For PayPal® payments, the processing begins when the payment has been approved by PayPal®.
1. All sales are final. If the item is received defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item to arrange a shipment of a replacement unit or replacement parts where applicable. We will ship a replacement/parts within 21 business days and will reimburse the return shipping cost provided such return has been arranged and agreed upon between the seller and the buyer. If we can not find a suitable replacement/parts within 21 business days and no other alternative agreement has been reached, a refund will be issued.
2. All sales are final, therefore returns will only be accepted within 14 days subject to the following conditions: (a) Seller agrees to the return in writing (b) Buyer is fully responsible for return shipping costs. (c) If the item was shipped free when purchased, the applicable shipping costs will be deducted from any refund due. (d) If the buyer paid for shipping separately, such amount will not be refunded. (e) All refunds from returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
3. If an item is shipped back to the seller with C.O.D service, such item will NOT be accepted.
Orders placed at www.betel.ca may be shipped directly from the supplier's warehouse facility via FedEx®, UPS® or Canpar® and shipments do not generally require the recipient's signature. Shipments that don't require a signature can be left in a safe place at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area. However, Canpar® deliveries may require that the recipient be home at the time of delivery or alternate pick up or delivery arrangements may need to be made in advance by contacting Canpar® .We do not ship to addresses containing PO Boxes.
A tracking number notification will be emailed to you once a shipping label is created. With this notification, you may reschedule your package, even before the first delivery attempt. If you wish to add a signature request, it may be done at an additional expense and such arrangements must be made by contacting us prior to placing an order.
In the unusual event that you cannot locate the package, please contact us within 2 business days to initiate a trace process. Shipping investigations are not accepted after 60 days as tracking information purge.
This limited warranty applies to products purchased from www.betel.ca (as covered by this warranty) excluding all tents and all items marked as “Final Clearance”. We reserve the right to provide the sole discretion on warranty coverage and availability (i.e.repair, replace or refund) as considered in a case by case basis. Limited warranty does not apply to Items marked as: Final Clearance, Clearance Item or Final Sale.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in new products sold on www.betel.ca (as covered by this warranty) excluding all tents and all items marked as “Final Clearance”. Only products sold by Betel Group Inc. through its website www.betel.ca or through official marketplace transactions are covered. Limited warranty does not apply to tents as well as other items marked as: Final Clearance, Clearance Item or Final Sale.
How long does the coverage last?
Unless otherwise stated, all products have a 30 day warranty that begins on the date of purchase. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on return options during the warranty period. Limited warranty does not apply to tents as well as other items marked as: Final Clearance, Clearance Item or Final Sale.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover any problems caused by (a) misuse of the product, including commercial use, accidents, abuse, neglect, heat and humidity including but not limited to rain storms, snow storms and gusting winds or (b) modification or any misuse contrary to the intended uses of the product, (c) damage caused by other equipment or (d) consequential damage, incidental damages or any costs related to construction, setup and assembly as incurred by 3rd party involvement.
The warranty explicitly excludes tents, zippers, torn, damaged or stained fabric, carry cases or bags, polyethylene (PE), polyurethane (PU), faux leather and any other surface material unless an irregularity in workmanship with regards to the above is reported within 48 hours of an item's receipt.
Important information about tents
All tents and gazebos featured are brand new in box, imported and shipped directly from the importer's warehouse in Canada. Some larger tents will come in multiple boxes and buyer will be provided with multiple tracking numbers where applicable. Please ensure that you inspect the content thoroughly within 48 hours of receipt, well in advance of the event to ensure that all parts, connectors, covers are ready to assemble. Read instructions in advance. Set up only as instructed. Tents except small camping/sleeper tents require 2 or more people to ensure proper and secure assembly. Improper installation may result in tent failure. No warranty extension for tents (frame, canopies, fabric and polyurethane covers) except for defects in workmanship or damages reported within 48 hours of receipt. Unsecured tent photos are for display purposes only. Tent must be properly secured using ground nails or stakes and pull ropes. Tent weights recommended for additional support. Do not set up tents on pavement, gravel, decks or patios. Pick a flat space with grass that is free from obstructions.
All tents, except those tents specifically marked as "Heavy-Duty", are light-weight, light-duty tents. Avoid exposing to swirling and gusting winds and rain storms. Light-weight, light-duty tents are not designed to withstand weight of accumulating water. Do not leave light-duty tents unattended. Remove canopy/cover to avoid water accumulation on canopy. Tents marked as "heavy-duty" tents are designed with seepage holes for water drainage for medium-duty to heavy-duty applications that requires exposure to sustained precipitation.
Out of stock items
We check our inventory regularly to ensure that we have ample stock of items we have listed on www.betel.ca. In the rare event our inventory runs out just before a paid order is fulfilled, we will immediately cancel the order and refund your payment in full with a notification. We will, however, accommodate our valued customers by way of offering an additional discount for a similar or closely matched item that is in-stock.
Item not as described
We regularly crosscheck item listings against our inventory to ensure that items we have listed on www.betel.ca are described as precisely as possible. We warrant that a listed item's description and/or specifications describes an item accurately and the colour is described to the closest secondary colour. In the rare event a buyer determines that an item delivered is not as described, Betel Canada will accept the item back without penalty, provided all four of the following conditions are met.
a. Buyer requests to return of the product on the basis of the above dissimilarity within 5 business days of having the item delivered.
b. Buyer produces evidence that the colour, shape or material of the purchased product is described incorrectly.
c. Buyer produces photographic evidence of the product received.
d. Item has not been used.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all refunds require that the item(s) be returned back to the shipper unused. In case an item is received defective or damaged and no replacement parts can be found, the shipper will provide a shipping label to the buyer to arrange return shipping.
